We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return something, here’s how our refunds and returns process works.
Returns window
You can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or an exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in the original packaging (when possible).
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns of:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
- Downloadable or digital products (software, e-books delivered digitally).
- Gift cards.
- Personal or intimate items and certain health/personal care products.
- Hazardous or flammable materials.
- Any item marked non-returnable at the point of sale.
Items that may receive a partial refund
Partial refunds may be given for items that show obvious signs of use, are returned damaged (not due to our error), or are missing parts. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may also be eligible only for partial refunds.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a brief description. If we made an error, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover return shipping costs.
How to start a return
- Email samsteelepoetry@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Include photos if the item is damaged.
- We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely, write the RMA on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

Important: Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. Wait for the RMA and the address confirmation in our reply.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival). Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or buying shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
Inspection & refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and the outcome of the inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
If you do not see the refund after a reasonable time:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer — sometimes there’s a processing delay.
- If you still haven’t received the refund, email us at samsteelepoetry@outlook.com and we’ll investigate.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email samsteelepoetry@outlook.com with your order details and we’ll advise next steps. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return once the item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
